At Kinky Curly Coily, we’re committed to delivering your crown-care ritual with care, accuracy, and ease. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your subscription box arrives.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • All subscription boxes ship once per month, typically by the 15th of each month.

  • Orders placed on or before the 10th will be included in the current month’s shipment.

  • Orders placed after the 10th will ship with the following month’s cycle.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included as part of your subscription plan (when applicable).

International Shipping

At this time, Kinky Curly Coily ships only within the United States.

International shipping will be added in the future — stay tuned!

Shipping Address & Updates

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery:

Due to the nature of subscription boxes and personal care items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a box has shipped.
